Warranty Policy
Warranty terms vary by project, specification, and system. This page outlines the usual framework used to evaluate coverage.
Warranty coverage is defined by the written contract, manufacturer requirements, approved substrate conditions, and the specific coating system selected for the project.
ATC supports workmanship issues directly related to completed scope when the substrate, environment, and maintenance conditions remain consistent with the agreed application requirements.
Normal wear, abuse, structural movement, moisture intrusion, chemical exposure outside the design basis, deferred maintenance, or unauthorized alterations are generally excluded unless expressly covered in writing.
Potential warranty concerns should be reported promptly with the project location, affected area, photographs if available, and the approximate date the issue was first observed.
